About Annual Giving and Annual Fund Options

By giving to the annual fund, you immediately help with the most pressing and time sensitive needs on campus. A gift of any amount has an impact.

Contributions to support Capital's mission and community are typically made to one of several annual fund options:

  • The Capital Fund, which serves the areas of greatest need throughout the entire university. Examples include financial support for students, funding for student services or special academic initiatives, faculty resources, or campus infrastructure
  • The Law School Excellence Fund (areas of greatest need within the Law School)
  • The Trinity Fund (for needs within Trinity Lutheran Seminary at Capital University)
  • Designated to one of the fund options that support specific departments or programs across the university. (Learn more about designated giving options.)

It's Easy to Add Your Support

Contributions to the Annual Fund can be made in a variety of ways. Giving online allows you to make a one-time or recurring gift via credit card. You may also make a pledge and receive periodic statements that can be paid online or mailed back with payment. When you commit to giving annually, your generosity enables more growth within the university.
